Such is the network and team of expertise at VERVE, Mr Swift is now able to offer ‘Substrike’ MMA training as well as KAPAP self-defence at his VERVE Martial Arts Centre in Bromsgrove, details are as follows –

Thursdays

7.00-8.00pm – Substrike MMA with Brad Hennessy

8.00-9.00pm – KAPAP Self-Defence with Martin Brown
