Organisation: A training session or class runs smoothly and on time is taken for granted by students. This simple element of good training often hides a great amount of preparation on the part of the instructor. It is essential that an acceptable routine of training is achieved for both the instructor and student. Good training habits are indicative of a well organised and balanced lifestyle.
