2016 Black Belt Camp
So … our 2016 black belt camp was a massive success with over 100 black belts travelling in from England, Ireland, Scotland and USA to take part in 2 solid days of martial arts training!
Seminar content included traditional TaeKwon-do patterns, application and power testing but also close quarter combat skills, grappling, creative board breaking, explosive kicking, early morning yoga, tai chi & more!

As an art Taekwondo is practised in virtually every country in the world and continues to grow, making it one of the most popular arts today!

Ireland Camp 2015
Another amazing weekend, this time at the highly anticipated Ireland black belt camp in Maynooth, near Dublin!
57 black belts from England Scotland Ireland and USA made the trip which included early morning Tai Chi, patterns in the park, close quarter combat training, FMA, board breaking and more!!!
Looking forward to next year already, let the planning begin!

Celebrating 60yrs of Taekwondo in Korea
11th April 1955 – 2015
As many of you will be aware, some of our senior masters and instructors made the long but awesome journey to South Korea for the 60yr celebration tour, teaching, training & site seeing in the homeland of Taekwondo.
Over 40 people made the trip representing 16 different nations all with a similar passion & drive, that of their love for TKD and commitment for the future of the art.
The week long trip had a pretty intense schedule and took the team from Seoul to where it all started on Jeju Island – the founders Fist monument on the grounds of the 29th infantry division! It lead onto visits and training sessions at Do San park and tomb of Ahn Chang Ho, Won Hyos cave & Buddist temple, the Joong Gun statue and museum, Toi Gye and even to the Kukkiwon Centre (Taekwondo world headquarters) and much more!
