Many instructors substitute training time for teaching, it is inevitable to a degree what with super busy lifestyles but in my opinion a fit, healthy instructor is a sharp instructor on the mats, so stay on top form, practice and set a good example to your students

After a super busy 6 months of none stop organising events, teaching and training, Master Swift has officially announced some of the big names who will be teaching at this years 2017 black belt camp in Newport South Wales come October –
